Unfortunately, huge data centralization and silent procurement of AI-powered analytics services working with data brokers are not part of it’s press releases. With the addition of ubiquitous smart cameras system deployed in streets of Belgrade, society could now easily slip into a total surveillance state. A community of activists and concerned fellow citizens gathered around #hiljadekamera to push-back.
